We do not intentionally collect data from children online. Classes are for adults.

Lawful basis: your explicit consent. You may withhold health information, but this may limit how we adapt classes for you.

  • Enquiry emails: up to 12 months
  • Booking and payment records: up to 6 years
  • Health questionnaires: up to 24 months after your last class
  • Analytics data: up to 26 months (or provider default)

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers (web hosting, email, analytics, booking or payments), professional advisers, or authorities if required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use recognised safeguards (such as UK IDTA or SCCs).

  • Be kept confidential and stored securely
  • Not be shared unless required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm
  • Be kept for up to 24 months after your last class, then securely deleted

By completing the form, you consent to me processing your health information for this purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting fee@yogabyfiona.co.uk, though this may mean I cannot adapt classes for your needs.
